1． EC fans includes AC input driven brushless DC fan with integrated design of AC-DC transformation circuit, the PFC circuit, the BLDC drive circuit, interface circuit. Due to the internal integration of the AC-DC converter circuit, the consumption of power will be reduced to facilitate the design and application of the overall power system in customer.
2． Brushless DC external rotor motor belongs to non-mechanical brush(commutator)DC motor which enforces the winding current commutation through electronic commutator (position sensing, non-position sensing),achieve the speed control function with PAM or PWM control
3. Brushless DC fan saves the excitation of collector ring and brush, greatly simplifies the structure; not only improved the technology of motor but also greatly enhance mechanical reliability of motor operation and increase the service life
4. Brushless dc fan use a permanent magnet excitation, eliminate the loss of induction motor excitation currents; realizing the small loss an high efficiency characteristics
5. Compared with the frequency control of induction motor, brushless dc ,motor is simpler and more controllable, easy to perform contro
FAQ:
1. Can we buy a sample for testing?
Sure, you are welcomed to buy a sample before mass order.
2. if the fans doesn't work well, what shall I do ?
If happens within one year, we will take in charge of the maintenance, or send you a new machine freely.
